With a focused commitment to leading global sales and marketing programs, he has successfully defined strategies, launched new products, and led senior sales and marketing teams to facilitate growth worldwide for organization like Intel Corp, Care Innovations, Sanitas Health, HP, and Microsoft.

An expert in driving net-new revenue and scale by convening ecosystem players, he facilitates structure and performance to partner/alliance programs. Ray brings strong leadership to the creation of corporate/product/segment strategy, positioning and go-to-market plans. Ray brings expert strategy for the development of innovative content strategies that accelerate revenue growth.

As an advisor to start-up organizations he brings lean startup practices and proven market and product development methodologies and develops customer creation frameworks to take mystery out of marketing and accelerate pipeline growth.

Most recently, Mr. Solone led sales and marketing initiatives for Sanitas Health which include segment opportunity analysis, market development, go-to-market strategies, product marketing, positioning and messaging. He led the company’s business development, partner marketing, branding and marketing communications to build awareness of and demand for the company’s solutions.

Prior to joining Sanitas Health he was the executive director of marketing at Care Innovations, a joint venture between Intel Corp. and GE Healthcare and led marketing initiatives for healthcare payers and providers in the development and implementation of remote care management solutions for patients with chronic conditions. His team implemented omni-channel strategies for customer creation that included content marketing, media relations, demand generation and social media programs.

Mr. Solone holds a M.S. in Organizational Communication and a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing.
